我国职业本科教育的发展历程、现实挑战与发展路径研究 被引量:6

摘要 职业本科教育是本科层次的职业教育,是兼具职业教育和本科教育双重属性的新型教育形态。从政策演进看,我国职业本科教育大体经历萌发、实践探索和政策成型三个发展阶段。从实践探索看,职业本科教育发展存在生态坐标模糊、话语体系不强、人才储备不足、产教融合不深等现实困境。对此,亟需把握职业本科教育办学定位,研究类型属性;确定职业本科教育发展路径,强化制度供给;架构“双师型”师资培养体系,提升发展后劲;打造协同育人共同体,营造共建共育教育环境。 Vocational undergraduate education is a vocational education at the undergraduate level of vocational education,which is a new type of education with both vocational education and undergraduate education.From the perspective of policy evolution,China's vocational undergraduate has roughly experienced three development stages:germination,practical exploration and policy formation.From the perspective of practical exploration,there are practical difficulties in the development of vocational undergraduates,such as ambiguous ecological coordinates,weak discourse system,insufficient talent reserve,and insufficient integration of industry and education.In this regard,it is urgent to grasp the positioning of vocational undergraduate education and research type attributes,determine the development path of vocational undergraduate education and strengthen the system supply,structure a"double-qualified"teacher training system to enhance development potential,and build a community of collaborative education and create an educational environment for joint education.
