HIV阳性合并巨细胞病毒肠炎1例

摘要 巨细胞病毒(CMV)是一种可能引起感染细胞肿大并出现巨大核内包涵体的病原体,自然界普遍存在。感染人的巨细胞病毒称为人巨细胞病毒(HCMV),也称为人疱疹病毒5型(HHV-5),为疱疹病毒B亚科,感染后将终身存在体内,大部分成人几乎都有CMV感染,血清阳性率为40-100%,但基本无明显症状^([1,2])。
