摘要
某变电站内TBB35-60000/20000-ACW、BAM68r-12/2-334-1W型无功补偿电容器组因接线故障导致运行过程中电容器搭接头频繁出现高热现象,给电气设备运行带来严重安全隐患。通过试验,归纳电容器搭接头发热原因,并优化线材连接方式。验证试验证明提出的优化接线方法有效,可为无功补偿电容器组的运行维护提供借鉴。
TBB35-60000/20000-ACW and BAM68R-12/2-334-1W reactive power compensation capacitor banks frequently appear high heat phenomenon during operation due to wiring failure,which brings serious safety risks to the operation of electrical equipment.In this paper,the causes of heating of capacitor lap joint are summarized and the connecting mode of wire is optimized.The verification test proves that the proposed optimized wiring method is effective,which can provide reference for the operation and maintenance of reactive power compensation capacitor banks.
