摘要
随着经济的快速增长,环境工程建设的重要性日渐提升,尤其是农村环境综合整治、饮用水源地饮水安全等直接与群众生产生活相关的基础性设施建设,再次体现出环境监测的重要价值,环境监测监管对于各类污染可以起到预见性的作用,可以及时发现、积极干预。结合这些特点,相关人员需要认识到环境监测对于环境工程建设所带来的先导性影响,再进一步了解环境工程建设的常见问题,并围绕这些问题进行有效的环境监测与污染控制。
In the rapid economic development,the importance of environmental engineering construction is increasingly increasing,especially the emergence of phenomena such as haze,sandstorms,drought and flood disasters,which threaten the ecological environment,people's livelihood,and economic development.Such a large environment once again reflects the importance value of environmental monitoring,which itself has a predictive role for various types of pollution,and can be timely detected and actively intervened.Based on these characteristics,it is necessary to first recognize the leading impact of environmental monitoring on environmental engineering construction,further recognize common problems in environmental engineering construction,and propose effective environmental monitoring and pollution control around these issues.
