摘要
在当前我国生态环境形势不断严峻的背景下,社会各界对绿色低碳发展模式的重视程度不断提升,同时积极降低高耗能、高排放工程数量以及规模,推动生态绿色高质量发展,控制碳排放以及大气污染物排放量。基于此,将碳排放纳入环境影响评价体系之中具有重要的现实意义。本研究首先对碳排放融入环境影响评价的必要性以及可行性进行分析,随后对具体评价方法与标准进行探究,希望为相关工作人员提供思路指引。
Against the backdrop of the increasingly severe ecological and environmental situation in China,the importance of the green and low-carbon development model from all walks of life has been increasing,while actively reducing the number and scale of high energy consumption and high emission projects,promoting high-quality ecological green development,and controlling carbon emissions and atmospheric pollutant emissions.Based on this,incorporating carbon emissions into the environmental impact assessment system has important practical significance.In this study,the necessity and feasibility of integrating carbon emissions into the environmental impact assessment are first analyzed,and then specific evaluation methods and standards are explored,hoping to provide guidance for relevant staff.
