摘要 环境监测是环境保护工作的重要基础,借助环境监测技术可以有效、及时、准确地掌握环境质量水平变化趋势及各类污染排放情况,识别环境风险。在低碳约束力度日益加强的背景下,相关单位应充分挖掘环境监测在环境保护及低碳经济发展中的重要价值。本文立足低碳约束背景,分析了环境监测与保护工作的新需求与新方向,总结了有助于满足碳监测需求的环境监测与保护技术,最后提出了提高环境监测与保护水平的发展建议。 Environmental monitoring is an important foundation for environmental protection work.With the help of environmental monitoring technology,it can effectively,timely,and accurately grasp the trend of environmental quality level changes,various types of pollution emissions,and identify environmental risks.In the context of increasingly strengthened low-carbon constraints,relevant units should fully tap the important value of environmental monitoring in environmental protection and low-carbon economic development.Based on the background of low carbon constraints,this article analyzes the new needs and directions of environmental monitoring and protection work,summarizes environmental monitoring and protection technologies that can help meet the carbon monitoring needs,and finally puts forward development suggestions to improve the level of environmental monitoring and protection.
