摘要
城市老旧社区中的“畸零空间”分布较广、利用率低、环境无序,具有提升活力品质的巨大潜力。文章以宁波白鹤社区为例,对畸零空间样本进行量化测度与统计聚类分析,结合半结构访谈收集社区居民意见与建议,从而针对性地提出社区畸零空间活化更新的策略建议。研究结果加深了对这些畸零空间特征的精准认识,强调了针对性提出活化更新策略的必要性,可为改善城市老旧社区空间环境、建设高品质宜居城市提供借鉴和参考。
Distorted spaces in old urban community are widely distributed,with low level of utilization and disordered environment.Those spaces have great potential to improve the community vitality and quality.This paper conducted quantitative measurement and statistical cluster analysis in Baihe Community,Ningbo.Meanwhile,semi-structured interviews were taken to collect the opinions of community residents.Afterwards,strategic suggestions were proposed for activating and updating the distorted space in the old community.The research results extend the understanding of the spatial characteristics of the distorted spaces in old community,and emphasize the necessity of putting forward targeted activation and renewal strategies.The conclusions can provide reference for improving the spatial environment of old urban communities and high-quality livable cities.
