摘要
师资是学校教育质量和教育教学水平提升的关键,师资队伍建设是高职院校教育资源管理的重要内容。目前高职院校双师型师资建设不足,而通过名师工作室平台促进教师教育资源共享共用,实现师资综合培养很有必要,是加速专业课教师双师型师资培养的有效路径。从当前高职院校名师工作室平台建设的双师型师资培养情况来看,相关管理及考核机制不完善,行业企业之间的融合不足等都是比较突出的问题。文章以高职农业装备专业为例,探究目前高职农业装备专业双师型师资建设面临的主要困难,并分析基于名师工作室平台的高职农业装备专业双师型师资建设的有效路径。
Teachers are the key to improving the quality and teaching level of school education,and the construction of teacher teams is an important part of educational resource management in higher vocational colleges.At present,the construction of dual qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges is insufficient.It is necessary to promote the sharing and sharing of teacher education resources through the platform of renowned teacher studios,and achieve comprehensive teacher training.It is an effective path to accelerate the cultivation of dual qualified teachers for professional courses.From the current situation of dual teacher training in the construction of the prestigious teacher studio platform in vocational colleges,there are prominent issues such as incomplete management and assessment mechanisms,and insufficient integration between industry enterprises.The article takes the agricultural equipment major in higher vocational colleges as an example to explore the main difficulties faced by the construction of dual qualified teachers in the current agricultural equipment major,and analyzes the effective path for the construction of dual qualified teachers in the agricultural equipment major in higher vocational colleges based on the famous teacher studio platform.
