摘要
以12H-[1]苯并噻吩并[2,3-a]咔唑为原料,经过3步反应得到2种新的苯并噻吩并[2,3-a]咔唑基生色传感器(C2、C3)。通过^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR和HR-MS对其结构进行了表征,并利用紫外光谱和荧光光谱研究了化合物在DMF溶液中的光谱性能。结果表明:2种溶液与Fe^(3+)、Cu^(2+)作用后,吸收光谱出现明显的变化,2种化合物均能选择性识别Fe^(3+)、Cu^(2+),性质基本相似,对烷基链的长短影响不大。
Using 12 H-[1]benzothieno[2,3-a]carbazole as a starting material,two new benzothieno[2,3-a]carbazole-based colorimetric sensors(C2,C3)were obtained by three steps reactions.The structures were characterized by^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR and HR-MS spectra.The spectral properties of the compound in DMF/H_(2)O solution were studied by UV-Vis absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results revealed that the absorption spectrums of C2 and C3 changed obviously when the compounds react with Fe^(3+)or Cu^(2+).The compounds can selectively identify Fe^(3+) and Cu^(2+).The length of the alkyl chain had little effect.
