摘要
Lisfranc损伤是累及跖跗关节的一种严重的中足损伤,可出现骨折、脱位,多合并软组织损伤,漏诊及误诊率高,远期并发症多,特别是症状性骨关节炎会引起足部疼痛、影响负重、降低患者生活质量,且尚无最佳的治疗方案,因此其诊治对骨科医生是一个严峻的考验。本文简要复习了Lisfranc关节的基础知识、解剖损伤的分型和诊治方法,对有争议的问题进行讨论,旨在通过复习文献、结合临床经验提出一种更全面的Lisfranc损伤的诊治策略。
Lisfranc injury is a serious middle foot injury involving the tarsometatarsal joint,which can cause fracture,dislocation,soft tissue injury,with a high rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,and many longterm complications.Especially,symptomatic osteoarthritis can cause foot pain,affect weight-bearing,reduce the quality of life of patients,and there is no best treatment plan,so its diagnosis and treatment is a severe challenge for orthopedic surgeons.This paper briefly reviews the basic knowledge,anatomy,classification,diagnosis and treatment of Lisfranc joint injury,and discusses the controversial issues,in order to put forward a more comprehensive strategy for the diagnosis and treatment of Lisfranc injury by reviewing the literature and combining clinical experiences.
