摘要
姿态感知手术工具是河南省人民医院自主研发的脊柱后路智能辅助椎弓根置钉工具,其工作原理是:(1)术前使用Renaissance等三维软件设计手术区域椎弓根螺钉的理想进钉点及置钉角度;(2)在术中采用以棘突为参考平面的实时定位标志,以脊柱的棘突为参考平面比对注册清零;(3)利用姿态感知手术工具实时精准还原预先设计的理想进钉点及置钉角度。
Posture assessment surgical tool is an intelligence-assisted pedicle screw placement tool independently developed by Henan Provincial People's Hospital.Its working principle is:(1)use three-dimensional software such as Renaissance to design the ideal entry point and angle of pedicle screw before operation;(2)during the operation,the real-time location mark with the spinous process is used as the reference plane,and the surgical tool with the spinous process of the spine is registered as the reference plane;(3)during the operation,the posture assessment surgical tool is used to accurately restore the pre-designed ideal pedicle screw entry point and placement angle in real time.
