摘要
海分枝杆菌感染患者早期临床表现不典型,容易误诊漏诊。本文报道一例患者,病史2年,未及时诊疗,导致皮损逐渐加重,晚期呈现巨大深在性溃疡,累及韧带。给予多西环素联合克拉霉素治疗6个月后溃疡愈合。
The early clinical manifestations of patients with Mycobacterium marinum infection are not typical,which is easy to be misdiagnosed and missed diagnosed.This paper reports a case of a patient with a 2-year history,who did not receive timely diagnosis and treatment,resulting in gradual aggravation of skin lesions and a huge deep ulcer in the late stage with ligament involvement.The ulcer healed after 6 months of doxycycline combined with clarithromycin treatment.
