石板选煤厂多煤种均质化配洗实践

摘要 石板选煤发电厂入洗不同煤矿的原煤,各矿原煤煤质因井下采煤工作面的变化煤质相差较大,为合理利用高、低灰煤炭资源,石板选煤厂将灰分较高的内调原煤和灰分较低的优质外购煤按照一定比例掺混进行配煤入洗。由于原配煤工艺以及配套的设备不能满足精准配煤的要求,选煤厂建立了每日入厂原煤量数据库,以指导配煤生产,并对关键的外购煤配煤设备进行升级改造,实现了精准配煤,提高了精煤产率和洗煤效益。 Raw coal from different coal mines is washed in Shiban coal preparation power plant.The quality of raw coal from different mines differs greatly due to the change of underground coal face.In order to make reasonable use of high and low ash coal resources,Shiban coal preparation plant mixes internal raw coal with high ash content and high quality purchased coal with low ash content according to a certain proportion.Since the original coal blending process and supporting equipment cannot meet the requirements of accurate coal blending,the coal preparation plant has established a daily raw coal volume database to guide the coal blending production,and upgraded the key purchased coal blending equipment,so as to realize accurate coal blending and improve the cleaned coal yield and coal washing efficiency.
