摘要
针对双齿辊破碎机齿板更换过程中遇到的止动盒掉落或变形引起齿板无法紧固、齿板更换时拆卸困难等各种问题,结合实际工况分析齿板拆卸困难的原因,对实际运行条件和齿板紧固结构进行研究,改进齿板紧固结构。改进结果表明,降低了铆焊工作量,提高了齿板装配精度,使高强螺栓组件更换方便快捷,缩短检修时间,增强产品稳定性和同业竞争能力。
In view of the problems encountered in the process of tooth plate replacement of double-tooth roll crusher,such as the tooth plate can not be fastened due to the drop or deformation of the stop box,and the difficulty of disassembling the tooth plate during replacement,the causes of the tooth plate disassembly difficulties were analyzed in combination with the actual working conditions,the actual operating conditions and the tooth plate fastening structure were studied,and the tooth plate fastening structure was improved.The improvement results show that the workload of riveting is reduced,the precision of tooth plate assembly is improved,the replacement of high-strength bolt components is convenient and fast,the maintenance time is shortened,and the product stability and competition ability are enhanced.
