摘要
针对唐口选煤厂大于300 mm大块煤矸处理粗放、资源利用率较低的问题,采取增加1套智能煤矸分选系统对大块煤矸进行高效分选的改进措施;实践证明,智能煤矸分选系统在唐口选煤厂应用良好,提高了选煤厂经济效益和稀缺炼焦配煤的资源利用率。
In view of the extensive treatment and low resource utilization rate of+300 mm large coal and gangue in Tangkou coal preparation Plant,the intelligent coal and gangue separation system was used to efficiently sort large coal and gangue.Practice has proved that the intelligent coal and gangue separation system was well applied in Tangkou coal preparation plant,which improved the washing efficiency of coal preparation plant and the resource utilization rate of scarce coking coal blending,and had good reference significance for similar coal preparation plants.
