摘要
为改善高碳钢钢水可浇性问题,从理论分析、顶渣碱度调整、顶渣还原性调整、铝和钙元素影响分析、底吹氩强度等方面着手开展研究,实现高碳钢钢水可浇性持续稳定。
In order to improve the ladability of high carbon steel,researches were carried out from the aspects of theoretical analysis,top slag alkalinity adjustment,top slag reducibility adjustment,influence analysis of aluminum and calcium elements,bottom blowing argon intensity,etc.,to achieve continuous stability of high carbon steel ladability.
