基于ROS的智能消毒机器人设计与应用

摘要 目前疫情防控消毒主要还是采用人工消毒的方式,这样导致疫情传播风险大大地增加。智能消毒机器人的设计可以解决此类问题。机器人系统通过各功能模块进行外部数据采集,如LD3320语音识别芯片和AHT10高精度数字型温湿度传感器等。在导航消毒方面,机器人搭载了消毒喷雾和紫外灯消毒装置,树莓派4B中的激光雷达和摄像头所构建的室内地图和下位机传送的数据被结合处理后,反馈到底盘控制中心,并传送给电机和各功能模块,从而实现小车的自主导航和消毒功能。测试结果表明,智能消毒机器人可以完整实现自主消毒,达到切断疫情传播链的设计目的。 At present,manual disinfection is still the main method for epidemic prevention and control,which will greatly increase the risk of epidemic transmission.The design of intelligent disinfection robot can solve such problems.The robot system collects external data through various functional modules,such as the LD3320 voice recognition chip and AHT10 high-precision digital temperature and humidity sensor.In terms of disinfection and navigation,the robot is equipped with disinfection spray and ultraviolet light disinfection device.The indoor map built by the lidar and camer-a in Raspberry PI 4B and the data transmitted by the lower position machine are combined and processed,then fed back to the chassis control center,and transmitted to the motor and various functional modules to realize the au-tonomous navigation and disinfection functions of the car.The test results show that the intelligent disinfection robot can completely realize self-disinfection and achieve the design purpose of breaking the chain of epidemic transmission.
