摘要
【目的/意义】低收入群体就业不稳定问题在我国普遍存在,农村低收入群体生计资本是影响其生计策略选择的重要因素,对两者之间关系的探讨有助于更好地解决低收入群体的生计问题。【方法/过程】基于2020年晋江调研的256户调研数据,运用熵权法和二元Logistic回归分析,从可持续生计理论角度探究生计资本对低收入群体就业稳定性的影响。【结果/结论】研究发现:人力资本、社会资本、金融资本对低收入群体的就业稳定性有显著影响,而物质资本对低收入群体就业稳定性无显著影响。其中,人力资本中的健康状况、职业技能培训因素,社会资本中的寻找工作时可获得帮助的平均家庭数、对周围人的信任、社会地位因素,金融资本中的家庭存款、家庭月收入因素会显著正向促进低收入群体的就业稳定性。
【 Objective/Meaning】 The unstable employment of low income groups was a common problem in China.The livelihood capital of low-income groups in rural areas was an important factor affecting their livelihood strategy choice.The discussion on the relationship between the two was helpful to better solve the livelihood problems of low-income groups.【Methods/Procedures】Based on the survey data of 256 households in Jinjiang in 2020,the entropy weight method and binary regression analysis were used to explore the impact of livelihood capital on the employment stability of low-income groups from the perspective of sustainable livelihood theory.【Results/Conclusions】The study found that the human capital,social capital and financial capital had significant effects on the employment stability of low-income groups,while the physical capital had no significant impact on the employment stability of low-income groups.Among them,the factors such as health status and vocational skills training in human capital,the factors such as the average number of families who could help when looking for a job,the trust to the people around them,and the social status in social capital,the factors such as family deposits and family monthly income in financial capital could significantly promote the employment stability of low-income groups.
