摘要
近年来,伴随着我国城镇化和城市现代化进程的快速发展,以及物联网、云计算、BIM、大数据、人工智能等信息技术不断进步与成熟,为促进建筑行业升级转变创造了有利条件。因此,应及时动态地开展装配式建筑项目施工管理研究,探索和研究项目内部协作单位和部门之间在施工组织、技术、施工管理等层面存在的问题,对影响项目施工的安全、质量、进度、成本等方面及时加以改进,作出最优决策,达到智慧建造、提质增效、降噪节支的管理目标,并提高企业在装配式建筑产业方面的创新能力,提高经济效益和核心竞争力,实现企业的长远发展和产业转型,有力地推进我国建筑产业化发展。
In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization and urban modernization in China,as well as the continuous progress and maturity of information technology such as the Internet of Things,cloud computing,BIM,big data,and artificial intelligence,favorable conditions have been created for promoting the upgrading and transformation of the construction industry.Therefore,it is essential to timely and dynamically carry out the construction management research of prefabricated building projects,explore the problems existing in construction organization,technology,construction management and other levels between the internal collaborating units and departments,improve the safety,quality,schedule,cost and other aspects that affect the project construction in a timely manner,make optimal decisions to achieve the management goals of intelligent construction,quality and efficiency,noise reduction and cost reduction,improve the innovation capacity of enterprises in the prefabricated building industry,increase economic benefits and core competitiveness,and realize the long-term development and industrial transformation of enterprises,which can effectively promote the development of China's construction industrialization..
