摘要
推进中国式畜牧强国建设是实现农业农村现代化的必然要求,也是赋能乡村振兴战略目标达成的重要选择。为加快畜牧业发展,我国从稳产保供、财政投入方面采取一系列有效措施,促使畜禽粪污染资源利用效率与畜禽产品生产能力不断提高,助推中国式畜牧强国建设。从战略布局上看,中国式畜牧强国建设应从扩大内需、推进新型城镇化与营造绿色发展氛围方面统筹谋划,进一步提出加快助力稳产保供体系建设、深入推进畜牧优势产业体系建设、增强技术支撑体系建设的对策建议,助推中国式畜牧强国建设。
Promoting construction of a Chinese style animal husbandry power is an inevitable requirement for achieving modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and is also an important choice for achieving strategic goal of empowering rural revitalization.In order to accelerate the development of animal husbandry,China has taken a series of effective measures from stable production and supply,as well as financial investment,to promote the efficiency of resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure pollution and continuous improvement of production capacity of livestock and poultry products,and to promote construction of Chinese style animal husbandry power.From perspective of strategic layout,construction of Chinese style animal husbandry power should be planned in a coordinated manner from expanding domestic demand,promoting new urbanization,and creating a green development atmosphere.Furthermore,we propose countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate construction of a stable production and supply guarantee system,deepen construction of an advantageous animal husbandry industry system,and enhance construction of a technical support system,to promote construction of Chinese style animal husbandry power.
