摘要
气道高反应性是多种常见呼吸系统疾病的共有病理基础和部分肺病病死率增加的潜在风险,目前缺乏根治性的治疗方法。张之文教授为首届全国名中医,善于治疗呼吸系统疾病,特别是在治疗气道高反应性疾病方面经验丰富,形成了从肺痹论治气道高反应性疾病的特色诊疗经验,提出气滞气逆是病机核心,辨体察因分清层次是辨证方法,类分虚实宣通肺痹是重要治法,为具有气道高反应性疾病中医药诊治提供了新的思路。
Airway hyperreactivity is a common pathological basis of many common respiratory diseases and a potential risk of increased mortality from some lung diseases.Currently,radical treatment is lacking.Professor ZHANG Zhi-wen is one of the first famous Chinese doctors in China.He is good at the treatment of respiratory diseases,especially in the treatment of airway hyperresponsiveness.He has developed characteristic experience in treating airway hyperresponsiveness diseases based on lung arthralatics.It is believed that qi stagnation and qi inversion is the core of the pathogenesis,the differentiation of causes and levels is the method of syndrome differentiation,and the classification of deficiency and substance to promote pulmonary Bi is an important treatment,which provides a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine with airway hyperresponsiveness diseases.
