摘要
目的:探究将甲状腺超声应用到健康体检中的实际价值以及准确性。方法:择取2020年7月—2022年7月于山东省济宁医学院附属医院健康管理中心进行常规健康体检的受检者2200例为研究对象。所有受检者开展了甲状腺触诊和甲状腺超声检查。对比两组患者的甲状腺相关疾病检出率。对比两种检查方式的甲状腺相关疾病检出率,分析甲状腺癌患者的超声检查征象。结果:超声检查患者的甲状腺结节、甲状腺肿大及弥漫性病变以及甲状腺癌的检出率高于触诊,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。受检者经过甲状腺超声检查后发现,确诊为甲状腺癌7例,其中1例为滤泡型乳头状癌,6例为乳头状癌。结论:将甲状腺超声应用到健康体检中能提高甲状腺相关疾病的检出率,同时超声征象直观可见,能帮助医生精准诊疗,帮助患者及早发现疾病,因此应当在健康体检中广泛开展甲状腺超声检查。
Objective:To explore the practical value and accuracy of thyroid ultrasound in health examination.Methods:Two thousand and two hundred subjects with routine physical examination from July 2020 to July 2022 of Jining Medical University from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as study subjects.All subjects underwent thyroid palpation and thyroid ultrasound.The detection rate of thyroid-related diseases was compared between the two groups.The detection rates of thyroid-related diseases were compared between the two methods,and the ultrasonic signs of thyroid cancer patients were analyzed.Results:The detection rate of thyroid nodules,goiter,diffuse lesions and thyroid cancer by ultrasound was higher than that by palpation(P<0.05).After thyroid ultrasound examination,7 cases were diagnosed as thyroid cancer,including 1 case of follicular papillary carcinoma and 6 cases of papillary carcinoma.Conclusion:The application of thyroid ultrasound in physical examination can improve the detection rate of thyroid-related diseases,and at the same time the ultrasound signs are visible,which can help doctors to diagnose and treat accurately and help patients to detect diseases early.Therefore,thyroid ultrasound should be widely carried out in physical examination.
