摘要
目的:探讨中药传统鉴定法与新型鉴定法在临床中的作用。方法:选取2020年2月—2021年1月广州市中西医结合医院收治的采取传统鉴定法进行中药鉴定的患者32例为对照组,选取2021年2月—2022年1月广州市中西医结合医院收治的在传统鉴定法基础上实施新型鉴定法进行中药鉴定的患者32例为试验组。比较用药后不良反应发生率、不适当用药(PIM)发生率、药师不同鉴定法专业能力和用药意识评分,记录和统计药师在不同鉴定法中中药鉴定时间、审方时间及调剂1张处方所用时间。结果:试验组不良反应总发生率、PIM发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);药师实施新型鉴定法的鉴定技能、药物服务沟通能力、配伍禁忌意识、正确用药意识评分高于传统鉴定法,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);药师实施新型鉴定法的中药鉴定时间、审方时间及调剂1张处方所用时间均短于传统鉴定法,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在传统鉴定法的基础上实施新型鉴定法在中药管理中发挥了积极的作用,降低了不良反应的发生率。中药新型鉴定法增强了药师的专业能力和用药意识,提高工作效率,可在临床推广。
Objective:To explore the role of traditional Chinese medicine identification method and new identification method in clinic.Methods:Thirty-two patients admitted to Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from February 2020 to January 2021 for TCM identification by traditional identification method were selected as the control group.Thirty-two patients treated in Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from February 2021 to January 2022 who were evaluated by new identification method on the basis of traditional identification method were selected as the experimental group.The incidence of adverse reactions,the incidence of inappropriate drug use(PIM),the professional ability of different identification methods and the score of drug use awareness were compared.The identification time,prescription review time and the time spent in dispensing one prescription were recorded and counted.Results:The total incidence of adverse reactions and PIM in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of identification skills,drug service communication ability,incompatibility awareness and correct medication awareness of pharmacists implementing the new identification method were higher than those of the traditional identification method,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The identification time of traditional Chinese medicine,prescription review time and the time used to adjust one prescription by the new identification method were all shorter than that used by the traditional identification method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:On the basis of the traditional identification method,the new identification method has played a positive role in the management of traditional Chinese medicine and reduced the incidence of adverse reactions.The new identification method of traditional Chinese medicine enhances the pharmacist's
