摘要
目的探讨基于计划行为理论的护理干预对母婴分离超24 h经产妇纯母乳喂养率的影响。方法选择华南理工大学附属第六医院佛山市南海区人民医院产科2020年1月—2021年12月分娩的经产妇170例为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为观察组和对照组,每组85例。对照组采用医院常规护理流程,观察组采用基于计划行为理论的护理干预。分别在产前、产后3 d、1个月、3个月和6个月完成相关调查问卷,比较两组经产妇修订版母乳喂养知识量表(BKQ)、自我效能量表评分和母乳喂养率。结果双因素方差分析结果显示,护理干预后3 d、1个月、3个月和6个月,两组经产妇的母乳喂养知识量表评分和自我效能分数均逐渐升高(P时间<0.05),但观察组各时点的知识量表评分和自我效能分数均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P组间<0.05)。观察组产妇纯母乳喂养率比对照组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论计划行为理论能改善母婴分离超24 h经产妇母乳喂养情况,能提高经产妇产后6个月纯母乳喂养率。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on the theory of planned behavior on the rate of maternal exclusive breastfeeding over 24 h.Methods 170 multiparous delivered female in January 2020 to December 2021 in the Obstetrics Department of Foshan Nanhai District People's Hospital of South China University of Technology were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of comparable basic characteristics between the groups,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 85 cases in each group.The control group used the routine hospital care process,and the observation group used the nursing intervention based on the planned behavior theory.Relevant questionnaires were completed at 3 d,1,3,and 6 months postpartum to compare the revised maternal Breastfeeding Knowledge Questionnaire(BKQ),selfefficacy scale score and breastfeeding rate.Results The results of two-way analysis of variance showed that at 3 d,1 month,3 months and 6 months,the maternal breastfeeding knowledge scores and self-efficacy scores both increased(P<0.05),but the scores in the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The maternal exclusive breastfeeding rate was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The planned behavior theory can improve maternal breastfeeding for more than 24 h,and improve the rate of exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months after delivery.
