摘要
目的探讨基于5A护理模式的肺康复训练在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年2月收治的82例老年COPD患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各41例。对照组实施常规护理干预,试验组实施基于5A护理模式的肺康复训练。比较两组的肺功能、自我效能感及护理满意度。结果干预后,试验组的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组的呼吸困难管理、安全行为、情感波动、天气环境、体力活动评分及总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于5A护理模式的肺康复训练用于老年COPD患者中可改善肺功能,提高自我效能感及护理满意度,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of pulmonary rehabilitation training based on 5A nursing mode in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with COPD admitted from January 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group implemented pulmonary rehabilitation training based on 5A nursing mode.The pulmonary function,self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the forced expiratory volume at one second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV_(1)/FVC in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the dyspnea management,safety behavior,emotional fluctuation,weather environment and physical activity scores and total score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation training based on 5A nursing mode applied in elderly patients with COPD can ameliorate pulmonary function,improve self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
