摘要
目的研究糖尿病患者采用阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍方案进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取2020年12月—2022年12月泰安市中医二院接受药物治疗的糖尿病患者86例为研究对象,根据用药方案的不同将其分成对照组和治疗组,每组43例。对照组采用二甲双胍进行治疗,治疗组采用二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖进行治疗。对比两组治疗总有效率、不良反应、治疗前后血糖水平及血糖水平复常时间。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后血糖水平的改善幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血糖水平复常时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者采用阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍方案进行治疗,能够帮助改善血糖水平,减少药物不良反应,缩短血糖复常时间,使治疗效果得到显著提升。
Objective To study the clinical effects of treatment with acarbose combined with metformin regimen in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 86 patients with diabetes who received drug treatment in the Second Hospital of Tai'an Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and treatment group according to different medication plans,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the treatment group was treated with metformin combined with acarbose.The total effective rate,adverse reactions,blood glucose level before and after treatment and the time for blood glucose level to normalize were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The improvement of blood glucose level in the treatment group before and after treatment was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time to normal-ize blood glucose level in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment with acarbose combined with metformin in diabetic patients can help improve blood glucose level,reduce adverse drug reactions,shorten the time of blood glucose recovery,and sig-nificantly improve the therapeutic effect.
