摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径结合关爱护理在人工流产术后患者避孕情况及生活质量的影响。方法选择2020年5月至2022年2月于我院行人工流产术的76例患者,随机分为两组各38例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施临床护理路径结合关爱护理,两组均持续随访6个月。对比两组孕妇的避孕情况及生活质量。结果观察组避孕情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的健康调查量表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径结合关爱护理能够提升人工流产术后患者的避孕效果与生活质量。
Objective To explore the influence of clinical nursing pathway combined with care nursing on contraception and quality of life in patients after artificial abortion.Methods 76 patients undergoing artificial abortion in our hospital from May 2020 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received clinical nursing pathway combined with caring nursing on the basis of the control group.Both groups were followed up for 6 months.The contraception and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The contraception of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway combined with care nursing can improve the contraceptive effect and quality of life of patients after artificial abortion.
