摘要
目的探讨积极心理学团体护理在肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2023年1月我院收治的106例肺结核患者,按照入选顺序分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用积极心理学团队护理。比较两组的希望水平及应对方式。结果护理后,观察组Herth希望指数量表(HHI)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组面对评分高于对照组,回避、屈服评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论积极心理学团体护理用于肺结核患者可帮助其重建希望水平,促使患者以积极的方式应对疾病。
Objective To explore the application effect of positive psychology group nursing for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 106 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the enrollment order.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given positive psychology group nursing.The hope level and coping style were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the Herth Hope Index(HHI)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the face score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the avoidance and submission scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Positive psychology group nursing for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can help rebuild the hope level and encourage patients to respond to diseases positively.
