多模式超前镇痛在老年股骨骨折围术期中的应用

摘要 目的探讨多模式超前镇痛在老年股骨骨折围术期中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月至2022年8月我院收治的120例老年股骨骨折患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用超前镇痛,观察组采用多模式超前镇痛。比较两组的疼痛程度、髋关节功能评分及炎性因子水平。结果术后12h、24h、48 h,观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后48h,观察组IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后2周、3个月,两组的Harris评分升高,且观察组Harris评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多模式超前镇痛可减轻老年股骨骨折围术期的疼痛感,抑制炎性因子分泌,利于患者术后髋关节功能的恢复。 Objective To explore the application effect of multimode preemptive analgesia in the perioperative period of elderly patients with femoral fractures.Methods 120 elderly patients with femoral fractures admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to August 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received preemptive analgesia,while the observation group received multimode preemptive analgesia.The pain degree,hip joint function scores and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results 12 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).48 h after surgery,the IL-6,IL-1βand TNF-αlevels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).2 weeks and 3 months after surgery,the Harris scores in both groups increased,and the Harris scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multimode preemptive analgesia can alleviate pain in the perioperative period of elderly patients with femoral fractures,inhibit the secretion of inflammatory factors,and is conducive to recovery of hip joint function.
