摘要
目的:分析益气固表活血方联合泼尼松片在儿童肾病综合征(NS)中的效果。方法:选取2020年7月-2022年4月于九江市中医医院诊治的80例NS患儿,依据随机数字表法分成对照组(n=40)、观察组(n=40)。对照组给予泼尼松片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以益气固表活血方治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平、肾功能、免疫功能、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率95.00%(38/40)高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、24 h尿蛋白定量、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各项炎症因子水^(+)平、各项肾功能指标及CD8均低于对照组,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论:益气固表活血方联合泼尼松片治疗儿童NS效果显著,可有效控制患儿机体的炎症反应,促进肾功能、免疫功能改善,且无不良反应。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Yiqi Gubiao Huoxue Prescription combined with Prednisone Tablets in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome(NS)in children.Method:A total of 80 children with NS diagnosed and treated in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Prednisone Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Gubiao Huoxue Prescription on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors levels,renal function,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group[95.00%(38/40)]was higher than that in the control group[80.00%(32/40)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in C reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),24-hour urinary protein quantity,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),^(+)CD8 and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups(P>0.05).^(+)After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors,renal function indexes and CD8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and CD3^(+),^(+)CD4 and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Yiqi Gubiao Huoxue Prescription combined with Prednisone Tablets has a remarkable effect in the treatment of NS in children,which can effectively control the inflammatory reaction of children,promote the improvement of renal function and immune function,and has no adverse reactions.
