食品安全直接关系人们生命安全以及身体健康,更是我国管理水平、国家经济发展、国家法治建设以及国际贸易的主要体现。随着我国经济体制的进一步发展和市场经济体制的健全,食品安全问题已经严重制约国家的发展和经济的可持续发展。食品微生物检测是衡量食品安全标准的重要依据,是保证食品安全、减少有害微生物对人体造成危害的主要手段。
Food safety is directly related to people's life safety and health.and it's also the main embodiment of China's management level,national economic development,national legal construction and international trade.With the further development of China's economic system and the improvement of the market economic system,the food safety problem has seriously restricted the development of the country and the sustainable development of the economy.Food microbiological detection is an important basis for measuring food safety standards,and is the main means to ensure food safety and reduce the harm of harmful microorganisms to human body.
