摘要
目的:观察快速康复护理干预在老年慢性鼻窦炎行鼻内镜手术患者中的应用及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2022年12月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇七医院五官科收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者72例作为研究对象,按照随机抽样法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。对照组给予围手术期常规护理干预,观察组给予快速康复外科护理(ERAS)干预。采用阿森斯睡眠量表(AIS)评价2组患者的睡眠质量,采用嗅觉功能评分T&T标准试嗅法评价比较2组患者的嗅觉功能,比较2组患者的并发症发生情况及术后康复情况,并比较2组患者的护理满意度。结果:护理干预后,观察组患者住院时间、黏膜恢复时间、疼痛缓解时间显著短于对照组,观察组鼻出血、鼻黏膜粘连、感染的总发生率显著低于对照组,观察组睡眠质量、嗅觉功能评分均显著低于对照组,观察组护理满意度高显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科护理模式在老年慢性鼻窦炎手术治疗患者中应用效果满意,能够有效加快患者的康复进程,减少并发症发生,提升患者的睡眠质量及嗅觉功能,提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To observe the application of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention on senile patients with chronic sinusitis undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery and its effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 72 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to the ENT Department of the 907th Hospital of the Chinese People′s Liberation Army Joint Logistic Support Force from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as research objects.According to the random sampling method,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received perioperative routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing intervention.Assens Sleep Scale(AIS)was used to evaluate the sleep quality of the 2 groups,olfactory function score T&T standard test was used to evaluate and compare the olfactory function of the 2 groups,the occurrence of complications,postoperative rehabilitation and the nursing satisfaction of the 2 groups were compared as well.Results:After nursing intervention,the length of hospital stay,mucosal recovery time and pain relief time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the total incidence of nasal bleeding,nasal mucosa adhesion and infection in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the sleep quality and olfactory function scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing model in the elderly patients with chronic sinusitis surgery application effect is satisfactory,can effectively accelerate the process of rehabilitation of patients,reduce complications,improve the quality of sleep and smell function of patients,improve patient satisfaction with nurs
