摘要
首先以杭州未来科技城为例,指出其崛起的主要原因是引入了以阿里巴巴为代表的创新型企业,并从企业特点、配套政策、生态环境、基础设施等方面进行分析,总结未来科技城的成功,一方面是主城区经济外溢的结果,另一方面也要归功于距离主城区近,能够更好的接受其经济辐射,而大江东产业集聚区(新城)并不具备这样的条件;其次进一步分析产业、人才的需求特征,并基于大江东产业集聚区(新城)的区位,提出构建高效、便捷的综合交通体系尤其是对外交通体系具有至关重要的作用;最后对大江东产业集聚区(新城)的综合交通体系从吸引更多的“人”“物”入城,打造“纯净”高效的城市交通系统,让交通引导江东“城”的开发等角度提出措施,并对不同阶段新城交通发展的实施路径提出建议。
Firstly,taking the Hangzhou Future Sci-tech City(short for Future Sci-tech City)as an example,the paper points out that the main reason for its rise is the introduction of innovative enterprises such as Alibaba,and analyzes the enterprise characteristics,supporting policies,ecological environment,infrastructure and other aspects.It holds that the success of Future Sci-tech City,on the one hand,is the result of the economic overflow of the main city,on the other hand,it is also due to the proximity to the main city can better accept its economic radiation,but compared with the Future Sci-tech City,the Hangzhou Dajiangdong Industrial Cluster(short for Dajiangdong area)does not have such conditions.Secondly,the demand characteristics of industries and talents are further analyzed.Based on the location of the Dajiangdong area,it is proposed that it is of vital importance to build an efficient and convenient comprehensive transportation system,especially the external transportation system.Finally,from the perspective of attracting more“people”and“things”into the city,creating a“pure”and efficient urban transportation system,and letting the traffic guide the development of“city”in the Dajiangdong area,this paper proposes improvement measures for the comprehensive transportation in the Dajiangdong area,and puts forward suggestions for the implementation path of the traffic development in the new city at different stages.
