摘要
为探索不同因素对山蜡梅扦插生根的影响,本文以1年生山蜡梅枝条为材料,采用正交试验设计,分不同季节(A)、激素种类(B)、浸泡时间(C)和扦插基质(D)4个因素,每个因素3个水平,共9个处理,进行扦插试验。结果表明:4号(A2B1C2D3)处理组效果最佳,生根率高达84.3%,平均生根数为16条,平均根长为2.2 cm,且方差分析结果显示其生根率、平均生根数和平均根长与其他处理均差异显著。因此,山蜡梅扦插繁殖最佳组合为:5月下旬至6月上旬扦插,用ABT生根粉浸泡30 min,基质为壤土+黄心土。
In order to explore the influence of different factors on the cuttage rooting of Chimonanthus nitens,the one-year-old Ch.nitens was used as material,and the orthogonal experimental design was adopted to carry out the cuttage test with different seasons(A),hormone type(B),soaking time(C)and cutting substrate(D),with a total of 9 treatments at three levels for each factor.The results showed that treatment No.4(A2B1C2D3)had the best effect,with the rooting rate up to 84.3%,the average number of roots was 16,and the average root length was 2.2 cm.The results of variance analysis showed that the rooting rate,the average number of roots and the average root length were significantly different from other treatments.Therefore,the best combination of Ch.nitens cutting propagation was:late May to early June,soaked with ABT rootpowderfor 30 min,and the substrate was loam+xanthisoil.
