摘要
高校信息公开作为国家信息公开体系重要组成部分越来越受到重视。通过对高校信息公开的制度历史和制度设计进行梳理和辨析,为分析高校信息公开现状厘清了思路。通过湖北省2022年对123所高校进行信息公开测评的数据分析显示,目前高校信息公开制度在构建与执行中存在重视性不一、规范性不足、主动性不强、程序性不顺、配套性不够等问题。需要通过充分认识高校信息公开的重要性、改进信息公开的运维方式、加大高校信息公开的监督力度等对策来优化高校信息公开制度的构建与执行。
As an important part of the national information disclosure system,the information disclosure of colleges and universities has received more and more attention.By sorting out and analyzing the system history and system design of university information disclosure,this paper clarifies the ideas for analyzing the current situation of university information disclosure.According to the data analysis of information disclosure evaluation of 123 universities in Hubei Province in 2022,there are some problems in the construction and implementation of the information disclosure system of colleges and universities,such as different attention,insufficient normative,weak initiative,poor procedure,and inadequate matching.There is need to optimize the construction and implementation of information disclosure system in universities by fully understanding the importance of university information disclosure,improving the operation and maintenance methods of information disclosure and increasing the supervision of university information disclosure.
