摘要
高校学报是科研人员进行学术交流的一个重要平台,“中国科技期刊卓越行动计划”为高校学报提高期刊质量、塑造期刊品牌形象指明了方向。非“卓越计划”的高校学报要办好期刊,面临新媒体冲击大、办刊人才队伍作用发挥不充分、特色不明显等问题。高校学报必须适时调整期刊定位,通过媒体融合、建强办刊人才队伍、突出本刊特色性等策略,提高学报的质量和学术影响力,走好高校学报高质量发展道路。
University journals are an important platform for scientific researchers to conduct academic exchanges.The"China Science and Technology Journals Excellence Action Plan"points out the direction for university journals to improve journal quality and shape their brand image.In order to run journals well,university journals that are not part of the"Excellence Plan"are faced with issues such as strong impact of new media,weak talent team for running journals,and strong competition among domestic and foreign peer journals.University journals must timely adjust their positioning,improve their quality and academic influence,and take the path of high-quality development of university journals through strategies such as media integration,building a strong talent team for running journals,and highlighting the characteristics of this journal.
