摘要
目的:基于CiteSpace知识图谱分析近十年国内外八段锦的研究,探讨八段锦的研究热点与趋势,以期为进一步研究选题和发展方向提供参考。方法:以Web of science(WOS)数据库和中国知网(CNKI)数据库近十年收录的八段锦相关文献为研究对象,利用CiteSpace(5.6.R3)软件对作者、国家、机构进行合作分析,期刊、文献进行共被引分析,关键词进行共现、聚类和突现分析。结果:①最终收录文献英文215篇、中文1364篇,国内外发文量逐年递增,国外基数较小,但符合线性增长模型,预计在近几年会持续增长。②国内研究热点集中于八段锦对慢性疾病、体质、骨密度等的影响;国际研究热点为随机对照试验、系统分析、运动处方。近两年新的研究方向为八段锦对新冠肺炎患者的干预,包括对新冠患者抑郁焦虑失眠的预防和调节作用。结论:八段锦在未来的研究趋势可能是针对心肺功能、心理疾病以及脑卒中和新冠肺炎恢复期患者的功能障碍等。
Objective:To analyze the domestic and foreign researches on Baduanjin in recent ten years based on CiteSpace(5.6.R3)knowledge graph,and to discuss the research hotspots and trends of Baduanjin,in order to provide reference for further research in this field.Method:The literatures of Baduanjin collected by Web of Science(WOS)and China National Knowledge Network(CNKI)in recent ten years were taken as research objects.CiteSpace software was used to conduct cooperative analysis of authors,countries and institutions,co-citation analysis of literatures and journal,cooccurrence and clustering analysis of keywords.Results:215 English articles and 1364 Chinese articles were included.Number of domestic and foreign documents is increasing year by year.English literature base is small,but it issued conforms to the linear growth model.It is expected to continue to grow in recent years.Domestic research hotspots and frontiers focus on constitution,bone mineral density,on rehabilitation during stable period of COVID-19.The international research frontier is randomized controlled trial,systematic analysis and exercise prescription.Conclusion:The future research trend of Baduanjin may be the dysfunction of cardiopulmonary function,psychological diseases,stroke and convalescent patients with COVID-19.
