摘要
选取2010—2021年中国沪深A股战略性新兴上市企业年度数据,实证分析政府创新补贴对战略性新兴企业技术创新的影响及其作用机理。结果表明:政府创新补贴可以正向促进战略性新兴企业技术创新;相对于国有战略性新兴企业和大型战略性新兴企业而言,政府创新补贴对非国有战略性新兴企业和中小型战略性新兴企业技术创新具有更显著的促进作用;融资约束在政府创新补贴与战略性新兴企业技术创新之间发挥部分中介作用;产品市场竞争正向调节政府创新补贴与战略性新兴企业技术创新的关系。基于此,建议合理配置政府创新补贴、弱化信息不对称问题、强化市场竞争调节效应,以深化政府创新补贴对战略性新兴企业技术创新的促进作用。
This paper selects the annual data of strategic emerging listed enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares from 2010to 2021 to empirically analyze the impact of government innovation subsidies on technological innovation of strategic emerging enterprises and its mechanism.The results show that government innovation subsidies can positively promote the technological innovation of strategic emerging enterprises.Compared with state-owned and large strategic emerging enterprises,government innovation subsidies have a more significant role in promoting technological innovation of non-state-owned,small and medium-sized strategic emerging enterprises.Financing constraints play a part of the intermediary role between government innovation subsidies and technological innovation of strategic emerging enterprises.Product market competition will positively adjust the relationship between government innovation subsidies and technological innovation of strategic emerging enterprises.Based on this,it is suggested to reasonably allocate government innovation subsidies,weaken the problem of information asymmetry,and strengthen the regulatory effect of market competition,so as to deepen the role of government innovation subsidies in promoting technological innovation of strategic emerging enterprises.
