摘要
目的培养岗位胜任力强、备战充分的高素质卫生军士,满足新时期部队卫勤保障现实需求。方法通过查阅文献,结合调查研究与实证分析,总结梳理卫生军士岗位胜任力指标,选取过程性评价为有效手段,探索卫生军士岗位胜任力评价模式。结果基于结果导向的教育(outcomes-based education,OBE)理念构建了卫生军士岗位胜任力过程性评价模型。结论开展OBE理念下卫生军士岗位胜任力过程性评价,对丰富评价形式与内容,提升人才培养质量具有重要实践意义。
Objective To cultivate high-quality medical sergeants with strong post competencies and high awareness of war-preparedness,so as to satisfy the realistic needs of military medical support in the new era.Methods The competency evaluation index of the medical sergeants was summarized and sorted out based on literature review,through academic investigation and empirical analysis,and a competency evaluation model of the medical sergeants was explored by employing the effective process-oriented evaluation method.Results A process-oriented evaluation of post competency model of the medical sergeants was constructed based on outcomes-based education(OBE).Conclusion Carrying out the process evaluation of post competency of medical sergeant under the concept of OBE has important practical significance for enriching the evaluation forms and contents and improving the quality of personnel training.
