摘要
目的探讨加减续断接骨汤对骨质疏松性骨折(osteoporotic fracture,OPF)的骨代谢生化指标的影响。方法采用完全随机对照研究设计,将2019年1月—2021年1月收治的100例骨质疏松性骨折患者随机分为对照组(50例)和治疗组(50例),对照组采用基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用续断接骨汤加减方治疗,观察并比较两组患者骨代谢生化指标25羟维生素D(25OHD)水平、骨钙素N端中分子片段(N-MID)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、人降钙素(HCT)、骨钙素(BGP)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、Ⅰ型胶原蛋白N-羟端肽(s-PINP)、Ⅰ型胶原蛋白C末端交联端肽(s-CTX)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)的变化。结果治疗后,两组患者各项骨代谢生化指标差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用加减续断接骨汤治疗骨质疏松性骨折,能显著改善各项骨代谢生化指标。
Objective Explore the effect of modified Xuduanjiegu decoction on bone metabolism biochemical indicators in osteoporotic fracture(OPF).Methods A completely randomized controlled study design was used.100 patients with osteoporotic fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into a control group(50 cases)and a treatment group(50 cases).The control group received basic treatment,while the treatment group received modified Xuduanjiegu decoction treatment on the basis of the control group.Observe and compare the level of bone metabolism biochemical indicators between two groups of patients,including 25 hydroxyvitamin D(25OHD),N-terminal intermediate molecular fragment(N-MID),alkaline alkaline phosphatase(ALP),human Calcitonin(HCT),osteocalcin(BGP),parathyroid hormone(PTH),N-terminal peptide(s-PINP)of type I collagen,C-terminal cross-linked terminal peptide(s-CTX)of type I collagen,tartrate resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP).Results After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in various bone metabolism biochemical indicators between the two groups of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified Xuduanjiegu decoction Tang in the treatment of osteoporotic fractures can significantly improve various biochemical indicators of bone metabolism.
