摘要
公立医院“一院多区”已发展成为当今优质医疗资源合理配置和均衡布局的重要途径,而同质化管理是“一院多区”亟须解决的核心问题。通过在某三甲中医专科医院三个院区实行同质化管理措施,如搭建一体化行政管理组织架构,制定统一的管理制度和流程标准,加强人力资源和设备资源统一管理,建立互联互通的信息化管理平台,构建一体化医院文化建设体系等,同质化管理模式得到员工和患者的认可,三院区服务能力和服务质量逐年稳步提高,员工和患者满意度得到进一步提升。
The development of“one hospital,multiple districts”hospitals has become an important way for the rational allocation and balanced layout of high-quality medical resources,and homogenization management is the core issue that“one hospital,multiple districts”hospitals urgently need to solve.By implementing homogenization management measures in the three wards of a tertiary Chinese medicine specialized hospital,such as establishing an integrated administrative management organizational structure,developing unified management systems and process standards,strengthening the unified management of human resources and equipment resources,establishing an interconnected information management platform,and constructing an integrated hospital culture construction system,the homogenization management model has been recognized by employees and patients,The workload and service quality of the three hospital areas have steadily improved year by year,and the satisfaction of employees and patients has been further improved.
