摘要
目的调查育龄期女性服毒自杀现状,分析其服毒自杀的危险因素,制定预防干预对策。方法选取2019年4月—2020年4月丽水市中心医院接诊的122名育龄期女性作为调查对象,将服毒自杀的62名育龄期女性纳入自杀组,将未服毒自杀的60名健康育龄期女性纳入健康组,调查其服毒自杀现状,分析育龄期女性服毒自杀的危险因素。结果家庭暴力(OR=2.279)、离婚或丧偶(OR=1.587)、经济状况差(OR=1.827)、家族遗传性疾病(OR=4.930)、抑郁症(OR=1.923)、负性生活事件(OR=1.377)、不良孕产史(OR=2.592)是育龄期女性服毒自杀的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论家庭暴力、离婚或丧偶、经济状况较差、家族遗传性疾病、抑郁症、负性生活事件、不良孕产史的育龄期女性的服毒自杀风险更高。应加强育龄期女性的心理健康宣传,提倡尊重生命、关爱生命,培养积极的人生态度,降低育龄期女性的自杀风险。
Objective To investigate the current situation of female suicide by taking poison at childbearing age,analyze the risk factors of suicide by taking poison,and formulate preventive intervention measures.Methods 122 women of childbearing age admitted to Lishui Central Hospital from April,2019 to April,2020 were selected as subjects.62 cases of women of childbearing age who had taken poison to commit suicide were included in the suicide group,and 60 cases of healthy women of childbearing age who had committed suicide without taking poison were included in the health group.The present situation of suicide by taking poison was investigated,and the risk factors of suicide by taking poison in women of childbearing age were analyzed.Results Domestic violence(OR=2.279),divorce or death(OR=1.587),poor economic status(OR=1.827),family hereditary diseases(OR=4.930),depression(OR=1.923),negative life events(OR=1.377),and adverse pregnancy history(OR=2.592)were the influencing factors of suicide by taking poison of the women of childbearing age(P<0.05).Conclusion Women of childbearing age with domestic violence,divorce or widower,poor economic status,family hereditary diseases,depression,negative life events and adverse pregnancy history are at higher risk of suicide by taking poison.It is necessary to strengthen the mental health publicity of women of childbearing age,advocate respect and care for life,cultivate positive attitude towards life,and reduce the risk of suicide of women of childbearing age.
