摘要
项目以为人民提供美好生活环境和公共服务的新一代“好”房屋为目标,基于现有实践体系,开展“基础理论-关键技术-工程应用”全链条研究攻关,提出了新时代背景下新一代房屋的绿色、健康、长效、智慧、人文五大发展方向,创建了新一代房屋概念内涵和关键指标体系,构建了创新设计方法、新型建造方式、高品质室内环境营造体系,以及智慧化架构和实施路径。项目成果推广应用超过700万平方米,普遍实现设计节能率75%以上,室内温湿度和空气质量达标率提升30%以上,用户满意度整体优于90%,成果应用效益显著。
The project aims to provide a new generation of"good"housing with a better living environment and public services for the people.Based on the existing practice system,it carries out a full chain research tackling"basic theory,key technology,engineering application",proposes five major development directions,including the green,healthy,durable,smart,human-oriented development.A new generation of housing concept connotation and key indicator system are created,and so as the innovative design methods,new construction methods,and high-quality indoor environment system.The intellectualization framework and implementation path are proposed.The promotion and application of project achievements have exceeded 7 million square meters,with significant application benefits,such as achieving a design energy-saving rate of over 75%,an increase of over 30%in indoor temperature,humidity and air quality compliance rate,as well as overall user satisfaction exceeding 90%.
