摘要
苹果斑点落叶病是由链格孢苹果专化型(Alternaria alternata f.sp.mali)侵染引起的病害,是制约我国苹果产业的主要限制因子。为明确该领域的研究现状与发展方向,采用文献计量学的方法,以苹果斑点落叶病为主题词在中国知网和Web of Science数据库核心合集(WOS)中进行检索,对检索结果中年发文量、作者、研究机构、主要研究方向等进行分析。在中国知网中共检索出615家研究机构的756位作者发表于149个出版物的667篇期刊论文;在WOS中共检索出23个国家的99家研究机构的208位作者发表于61个出版物的89篇期刊论文;国内外发文量最多的作者分别是曹克强和王三红;发文量最多的机构分别是中国农业科学院果树研究所、河北农业大学植物保护学院和南京农业大学;国内研究方向主要集中于防治与发生规律的研究,国际研究方向主要集中于致病性与抗性基因的研究。目前我国以苹果斑点落叶病为稳定研究对象的团队较少。建议加强对苹果斑点落叶病生物防治与抗病基因的研究,以推动苹果产业高质量的发展。
Apple alternaria blotch is caused by Alternaria alternata f.sp.mali infection,which is the main limiting factor restricting China’s apple industry.To clarify the research status and development direction of this field,the method of bibliometrics was used to search CNKI and the core collection of web of science database(WOS)with apple alternaria blotch as the theme,and the annual publication volume,authors,research institutions and main research directions of the search results were analyzed.CNKI found 756 authors from 615 research institutions and 667 papers published in 149 publications.A total of 208 authors from 99 research institutions in 23 countries and 89 papers published in 61 publications were identified in WOS;the authors with the most publications at home and abroad are Cao Keqiang and Wang Sanhong;the institutions with most publications are the Institute of Pomology,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,the College of Plant Protection of Hebei Agricultural University and Nanjing Agricultural University;the domestic research direction mainly focuses on the study of prevention and occurrence,and the international research direction mainly focuses on the study of pathogenicity and resistance genes.Currently,there are relatively few teams in our country that focus on the stable research of apple alternaria blotch.It is suggested to strengthen the research on the biocontrol and disease resistance genes of apple alternaria blotch to improve the high-quality development of the apple industry.
