摘要
以拉萨市巴嘎雪湿地表层土壤为研究对象,对湿地土壤理化性质进行含量描述性统计分析与空间分布特征分析,并对8种重金属元素(Cu、Zn、Cr、Ni、Pb、Cd、As、Hg)进行生态风险评价与健康风险评价。结果表明:(1)根据我国第二次土壤普查养分分级标准可知,研究区土壤pH值为6.74,属于中性,有机质、全氮均值含量分别为49.28 g/kg、2.49 g/kg,属于一级水平,全钾、总磷均值含量分别为20.42 g/kg、0.54 g/kg,属于二级、四级水平。(2)根据拉萨市土壤背景值,研究区域8种重金属元素Cu、Zn、Cr、Ni、Pb、Cd、As、Hg含量分别为城市土壤背景值的1.57倍、1.19倍、0.83倍、0.65倍、1.46倍、1.92倍、0.52倍、1.02倍,Cu、Pb、Hg元素的累积与交通运输和农业活动有关,但远远低于《土壤环境质量标准-农用地土壤污染风险管控标准》(GB15618-2018)中的筛选值。(3)研究区污染负荷值PLI为0.88,属于未污染状态。(4)健康风险评价表明,成人与儿童的HI<1,均无非致癌风险,成人与儿童TCR风险值均处于10^(-6)~10^(-4),为可接受水平。
Taking the surface soil from the Bagaxue Wetland in Lhasa as the research object,the descriptive statistical analysis on content and spatial distribution characteristics of wetland soil physical and chemical properties,and the ecological risk and health risk evaluation of eight heavy metal elements(Cu,Zn,Cr,Ni,Pb,Cd,As,Hg)were conducted.The results show that:(1)according to the nutrient grading standard of the second soil census in China,the soil pH value is 6.74 belonging to neutral in the study area,and the mean of organic matter and total nitrogen contents are 49.28 g/kg and 2.49 g/kg respectively belonging to the first level,while the means of total potassium and total phosphorus contents are 20.42 g/kg and 0.54 g/kg belonging to the second and fourth levels,respectively.(2)According to the background value of soil in Lhasa city,the content of eight heavy metal elements Cu,Zn,Cr,Ni,Pb,Cd,As and Hg in the study area are 1.57 times,1.19 times,0.83 times,0.65 times,1.46 times,1.92 times,0.52 times and 1.02 times higher than the background value of urban soil,respectively,and the accumulation of Cu,Pb and Hg elements is related to transportation and agricultural activities but far below the screening values in‘Soil Environmental Quality Standards-Soil Pollution Risk Control Standards for Agricultural Land’(GB15618-2018).(3)The contamination load value PLI in the study area is 0.88 belonging to an uncontaminated state.(4)Health risk evaluation showed that HI<1 for both adults and children,both without non-carcinogenic risk,and the TCR risk values for both adults and children are between 10^(-6) and 10^(-4) and which were acceptable levels.
