摘要
针对新疆青河地区复杂白云母花岗伟晶岩矿,进行云母、长石及石英综合回收工艺研究。结果表明,针对复杂白云母花岗伟晶岩矿资源特性,开发了无氟浮选分离长石-石英的浮选工艺,实现了在含铁杂质高的复杂矿浆体系中石英矿物的高效捕收,解决了传统有氟浮选工艺造成环境污染的难题。以Y_(8)作捕收剂直接浮选云母矿物,浮选尾矿采用阳离子捕收剂Y_(8)和阴离子捕收剂RCH_(2)^(#)混合捕收剂无氟浮选分离长石-石英矿物。在原矿含3.76%Na_(2)O、4.46%K_(2)O、13.91%Al_(2)O_(3)、74.84%SiO_(2)的情况下,获得K_(2)O品位为1.78%、K_(2)O回收率为4.48%的云母精矿,Al_(2)O_(3)品位为19.11%、Al_(2)O_(3)回收率为77.48%的长石精矿(K_(2)O与Na_(2)O分别为4.72%、7.43%),以及SiO_(2)品位为99.31%、回收率为42.97%的云母精矿,实现了新疆复杂白云母花岗伟晶岩矿产资源的高效综合回收。
In this paper,an experimental study on the comprehensive recovery process of mica,feldspar and quartz was carried out for the complex muscovite-bearing granite pegmatite in Qinghe area of Xinjiang.The results show that according to the characteristics of complex muscovite-bearing granite pegmatite resources,a fluorine-free feldspar-quartz flotation process has been developed,and the efficient capture of quartz minerals in complex slurry systems with high iron impurities has been realized.It solves the problem of environmental pollution caused by the traditional fluorine flotation process.We use Y_(8) as collector to directly float mica minerals,and use cationic collector Y_(8) and anionic collector RCH_(2)^(#)mixed collector to separate feldspar-quartz minerals from flotation tailings by fluorine-free flotation.In the case of raw ore containing 3.76%Na_(2)O,4.46%K_(2)O,13.91% Al_(2)O_(3),and 74.84% SiO_(2),mica concentrate containing 1.78% K_(2)O and a recovery rate of 4.48% K_(2)O was obtained;Feldspar concentrate(containing K_(2)O 4.72%,Na_(2)O 7.43%),mica concentrate containing SiO_(2)99.31%,SiO_(2) recovery rate of 42.97%,which realized the efficient and comprehensive recovery of complex muscovite-bearing granite pegmatite resources in Xinjiang.
