摘要
粮食安全在数量上依赖农业产业化进程与规模,在质量上依赖农业生态效率的提升,二者耦合协调发展可以促进经济效益、社会效益、生态效益的统一。本文优先分析了农业产业化与农业生态效率耦合协调路径,并测算农业产业化与农业生态效率水平,利用耦合协调模型分析了粮食主产区2010—2020年,农业产业化与农业生态效率耦合协调的时空差异性。结果显示:粮食主产区的农业产业化水平与农业生态效率总体呈上升趋势,耦合度分布于0.3~0.7,此时处在一个拮抗和磨合的阶段,耦合协调度呈现每年上升的趋势,展现出“东北高、西南低”的局面。基于此,提出统筹考虑产业发展与生态保护,推进产业生态化转型,因地制宜采取差异化措施,实现农业生态经济良性循环,确保粮食安全。
The quantity of food security depends on the process and scale of agricultural industrialization,and the quality depends on the improvement of agricultural ecological efficiency.The coupling and coordinated development of the two could promote the unity of economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits.Based on the analysis of the coupling coordination path between agricultural industrialization and agricultural ecological efficiency,the level of agricultural industrialization and agricultural ecological efficiency was measured.The coupling coordination model was used to analyze the temporal and spatial differences of the coupling coordination between agricultural industrialization and agricultural ecological efficiency in major grain producing areas during 2010-2020.The results showed that the agricultural industrialization level and agricultural ecological efficiency in the main grain producing areas were on the rise.The coupling degree was in the range of 0.3~0.7,in the antagonistic and running in stage.The coupling coordination degree was on the rise year by year,showing a situation of“high in the northeast and low in the southwest”.Based on these,it was proposed to consider industrial development and ecological protection as a whole,promote industrial ecological transformation,adopt differentiated measures according to local conditions,to achieve virtuous cycles of agricultural ecological economy,and ensure food security.
