摘要
新时代我国的铝产业正经历由高速发展向高质量发展的转变。这一转变既面临着增速放缓、效益下滑等严峻考验,也呈现出产业转型升级和产业结构调整等变化。当前,黔西南州在党中央、国务院以及省委、州委的正确领导下,持续推进“工业强州”战略,以三大战略行动为指引,以供给侧结构性改革为主线,推动工业高质量发展。本文针对通过走访黔西南地区“煤电网铝+”产业企业,了解产业发展现状,为“煤电网铝+”产业链的发展提供一些理论和实践上的帮助。
In the new era,China's aluminum industry is shifting from high-speed development to high-quality development.It is facing severe challenges such as slower growth and declining efficiency,presenting industrial transformation and upgrading,as well as changes in industrial structure adjustment.Currently,under the correct leadership of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the State Council,the Provincial Party Committee,and the State Committee,Qianxinan Prefecture continues to promote the"Industrial Strong Prefecture"strategy,guided by three major strategic actions and with supply side structural reform as the main line,to promote high-quality industrial development.This article aims to visit the"coal power grid aluminum+"industrial enterprises in southwestern Guizhou,understand the current development status of the industry,and provide some theoretical and practical assistance for the development of the"coal power grid aluminum+"industrial chain.
