摘要
目的探究快速康复护理模式在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用及对患者术后康复及并发症的影响。方法选取100例行腹腔镜手术患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。两组患者均给予常规护理,观察组联合快速康复护理模式。比对两组护理效果。结果观察组首次排气时间、首次排便时间、下床时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为6.00%,显著低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理模式在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中应用,能够显著降低并发症发生率,更有助于促进患者快速康复,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the application of rapid rehabilitation nursing mode in gynecological laparoscopic surgery and its influence on postoperative rehabilitation and complications.Methods 100 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine nursing,and the observation group was combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing mode.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The frst exhaust time,first defecation time,getting out of bed time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 6.00%,which was significantly lower than that of control group 20.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing mode applied in gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients,can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,more conducive to promote rapid rehabilitation of patients,has clinical application value.
