摘要 个体道德的塑造是逐步推进的过程,具有其内在生成逻辑,道德教育亦遵循此逻辑。纪律乃伊始环节,倚靠纪律助力人性之善生发,借以纪律打牢道德教育根基,籍由纪律催发规则意识形成。觉悟乃中间环节,规则乃觉悟之“法门”,觉悟驱动个体道德由“缄默”至“豁然”。自觉即个体道德的理想境界,需要在觉悟中发展自觉,在实践中锤炼自觉,在慎独中享受自觉。道德教育应遵循纪律到觉悟再到自觉的过程,提升德育实效性,完善个体发展,由此道德的发展达到了理想的境界,道德教育的推进也就达到了既定的育人目的。 The shaping of individual morality is a progressive process with its inherent logic.Moral education also follows this logic.Discipline is the first link,through which human kindness is generated,the foundation of moral education is laid and the consciousness of rules is established.Consciousness is the intermediate link.Rules are the“hub”of consciousness,which shifts individual morality from“silence”to“openness”.Self-consciousness is the ideal state of individual morality.Self-consciousness needs to be developed in consciousness,tempered in practice,and enjoyed in inner concentration.Moral education should follow the process from discipline to consciousness,and then to self-consciousness.By improving the effectiveness of moral education and the individual development,morality will develop into the ideal state,and moral education will achieve the established purpose of education.
